Nice hotel to stay in North of Sardinia

A delicious breakfast offering both savoury and sweet options, paired with stunning views from the bar terrace. The hotel also provides convenient private parking and daily cleaning service to ensure a comfortable stay. Cozy, warm blankets are available for cooler days, and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.

The hotel looks better in pictures; in reality, it’s a bit dated and could use some refreshement. However, the overall experience was still pleasant.

Nice location near beautiful beaches. The stuff was friendly and there was easy parking,the room was comfortable, the view from the bar was amazing.

Breakfast could be improve, the building needs renovation at some places.

Nice stay overall, however some things could be improved in the bedrooms

Breakfast was good with nice view, good swimming pool even though it was inaccessible for 2 days due to some maintenance. Close to Baja Sardinia and Poltu Quatu

Rooms could/should be improved, and difficult to sleep properly due to rooms not being soundproof. The water pressure in the shower was very poor!

So amazing, we will be back next year!!!!!

The location is close to lots of different areas for beach or food or clubs or supermarkets. The rooms are cleaned daily and very nice. The best part for us was the restaurant- for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!! Super good (grazie chef) ! And the staff were so nice from the reception staff, cleaners, to the bartenders and to the waiters who we saw daily in the restaurant, me and my sister will miss you! :’(

Good for sleeping and breakfast

The location is great to explore nearby beaches and harbors and the sunset view is amazing. The view of the second room was great. The breakfast is okay, we liked the fresh fruits, only that they offer toast without a having a toaster was confusing to us. It's pretty nice to have a drink from the bar on the terrace for sunset (unfortunately just drinks, the food is not good).

In the first room we couldn't get a stable Wifi connection (after they changed the room for us it was no problem). The cleaning products they use smell very strong which is a bit uncomfortable in the rooms. The restaurant onsite was beyond bad! We had to repeat our order with three different waiters, we waited forever and the food quality was really bad with convenience products and half burned food which was very disappointing considering the location and prices.

Relaxing

The property grounds and pool area are lovely with beautiful views. The staff especially are exceptional - Paolo organised airport pickup for us and even picked us up after dinner from a nearby restaurant which was above and beyond. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the cocktails were perfect. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant.

The location is great, views are amazing. Breakfasts are good, but service became chaotic when a large group arrived. The hotel appeared understaffed. The pool and pool area was really nice. The lunches and dinners were good but quality of food was erratic. Staff were very friendly and did their very best to provide good service with a smile.

Unable to cater for large group due to understaffing, erratic food quality. We had to change rooms several times ….one was small, the next was noisy at night being close to the bar area, the third was quiet and a good size.

Nice place, great views

I liked the place and its facilities. Stayed only shortly but had an opportunity to use pool and see place in general. Nice breakfast with great view of the coast. Good starting location to discover beauty of Costa Smeralda area!

I'm glad I chose this hotel .

-Friendly and natural service from all staff. -Lovely view over the hills. -The pool is deep and very comfortable. (Shallow water in some areas,of course) -Restaurant in the hotel.

I would have been happy to have vegetables every day for breakfast. (Had once in 8night but it was very appriciated)

The Staff, the restaurant terrace and the food, were fantastic!

The Resort lacks better road signage/indications, as it was not easy to find. The WiFi connection in the room is very very weak.

New management, cozy hotel, great staff, amaizing common areas

New young team management, the staff are super welcoming, friendly & willing to help. They have recently re-open the structure and you can see they are putting a lot of effort and enthusiasm to make it work. The room and some amenities are outdated (20 years ago) but overall the hotel is quite cozy. The sea/pool view from the room balcony is very nice & you can also enjoy the chill out music from the bar. Some common areas such as the pool, bar area & the outdoor terrace are more modern , nicely decorated and with an outstanding view. Breakfast was very nice in the outdoor terrace & with a wide assortment of sweet & salty offers (cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt, bacon , cold-cuts …). They also offer some more elaborated offer (omelet, avocado toast …) at an extra price. They have some parking sports just in front of the reception, and some others in a bigger parking below connected with stairs. Also offer the option to rent some motorbikes.

Only two downsides from our POV were: - the mattress was super hard and uncomfortable for (but this can be a matter of taste). - from the room we could hear literally everything, our neighbors had a kid that was running and screaming since early, we could even hear when other people flash the WMC at night or walking with heels or speak loud. I guess due to the old structure of the building

Beautiful Resort! Staffs at breakfast were exceptional ????

The resort was huge and beautiful! I think it has more potential, location was amazing, near everything. I would love to swim in the pool but we were too busy swimming at the beach already. Breakfast was okay but the staffs were super friendly.

I was hoping for a better supper menu so I don’t need to eat out all the time.
